I don't think these 4am workouts are working out for me. I am so buggered by 4! I asked Krissy if she has any suggestions, maybe I will cut it down to 5am starts and shorter workouts, and another workout at night.

Food Log
•6:00 Smoothie
•10:30 Apple
•12:45 Chickpea curry and brown rice
•4:00 Protein shake w powder, 100ml water and 100ml Zymil
•7:00 Steak w a little bit of cheese, spinach, tomato, mushroom and cucumber
